Job Summary We are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in Application/Production Support, with valuable knowledge of Linux, SQL and Oracle, and are comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment. Important: Immediate joiners , or candidates with maximum 15 days' notice period will be preferred. Candidate who is already staying in
Chennai, or Mumbai will only be considered , as there will be a face-to-face round of interview.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 application and production support for business-critical applications. Monitor applications and production environments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. Troubleshoot application-related issues and perform initial root-cause analysis. Handle incidents, service requests and production issues within defined SLAs. Monitor system/application performance and identify potential issues proactively.



Work with internal technical teams to resolve complex application and infrastructure-related issues. Perform basic troubleshooting on Linux/Unix environments. Execute and troubleshoot SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation. Work with Oracle databases for basic database-related troubleshooting and support activities. Analyse application logs and identify errors/issues. Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the relevant technical teams. Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions and support activities. Participate in shift handovers and ensure proper communication of pending/critical issues. Follow defined IT support processes, escalation matrix and operational procedures.

Required Educational Qualification (Mandatory) BE/B. Tech – IT / Computer Science B. Sc. – IT BCA MCA Candidate should be only from Computer Science background
Required Experience 2-4 years of relevant experience in Application Support / Production Support.
