B2B isn't always easy to communicate — but that's exactly what excites you. We're looking for a design leader who can take the complex, the technical, and the abstract, and make it feel explicit, human, and impossible to ignore.

B2B background Great. B2C Also great. A mix of both Even better. What matters most is that you bring strong visual thinking and a genuine curiosity for making enterprise ideas land.

✦ What You Bring:

• 6+ years in design with a portfolio that shows range — campaigns, brand work, or both

• A natural ability to distill complexity into visuals that actually make sense

• Strong command of typography, layout, and cohesive visual systems





• Experience owning projects end-to-end and elevating junior designers alongside you

• AI tools in your creative toolkit — not as a gimmick, but as a genuine part of how you work

✦ What You'll Do:

• Transform dense products and ideas into narratives that engage and inform

• Lead design across campaigns, brand systems, and high-impact marketing assets

• Work hand-in-glove with writers and strategists to shape ideas from the ground up

• Set the bar for design quality and help the team consistently clear it
