- The company has a wide product range across multiple categories, including brownies, pastries, desserts, viennoiserie, cookies and crackers, chocolates, sandwiches, savouries, breads, and beverages.
- - All the products are produced in the central kitchen and sold primarily through self-owned outlets with a small percentage of sales of select categories through ecommerce channels. The company currently has 90+ self-managed retail outlets across 5 cities - Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. These are serviced through four central kitchens – Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

KEY DELIVERABLES

- Vendor development for regional/local support
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.




- Review the quality of purchased products.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- AMC contract management and service contract coordination
- Payment term negotiation
- Source and qualify suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value.
- Verify supplier / contractor's invoice with Work order / Purchase order / measurement sheet.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop recent supplier partnerships.
- Issue purchase orders in accordance with procurement plans and project requirements.
- Ensure that procured materials, equipment, and services meet project specifications and quality standards.

Education and Experience

1. Graduate

- 2-3 year – preferably in project procurement.

Knowledge and Skills

- Hands-on experience with MS offices software, especially in Excel.

Personality, Values and Attitude

- Analytical skills, with the ability to create various reports as per job requirement.
- Ability to adapt and learn new processes and systems quickly.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
