Position - HR Executive

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Exp : 1–4 years

CTC :3.6 lpa

Working hour : 9:30 to 6:30 (5 days from office Saturday from home)

Key Responsibilitie

- sManage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up
- sHandle HRMS administration, employee data management, and system update
- sMonitor attendance, leave records, and monthly attendance reconciliatio
- nCoordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalitie
- sPrepare and maintain HR MIS reports, trackers, and employee record
- sSupport employee engagement activities, events, and welfare initiative
- sAssist in HR operations, policy communication, and employee query resolutio
- nCoordinate with different departments for manpower planning and HR-related requirement
- sEnsure compliance with company policies and HR processe
- sProvide administrative and coordination support to the HR departmen
