We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to architect and build modern, scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role is ideal for an experienced frontend engineer with deep expertise in React, Type Script, modern frontend architecture, and design systems, who enjoys building enterprise-grade applications with strong engineering practices, reusable component libraries, and cloud-native delivery pipelines.

Role Overview

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will lead the development of enterprise-scale frontend applications built using React 19, Type Script, and modern frontend tooling. You will be responsible for designing scalable application architecture, building reusable UI components, integrating secure APIs, implementing performant state management, and delivering highly maintainable applications.

You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and Dev Ops teams to deliver high-quality software while mentoring engineers and driving frontend engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications using React 19 and Type Script.
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following enterprise design system standards.
- Develop feature-rich user interfaces including dashboards, forms, data tables, workflows, and management portals.
- Implement code splitting, lazy loading, and route-level authorization for improved application performance.
- Build responsive and accessible user interfaces compliant with up-to-date web accessibility standards.
- Develop reusable custom hooks, utilities, and shared frontend libraries.

Architecture & Engineering

- Own frontend architecture decisions including component composition, module boundaries, state management, and application structure.
- Design scalable solutions using modern state management libraries such as Jotai or Zustand.




- Consume OpenAPI-generated REST clients while maintaining strong type safety.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure Entra (MSAL/OAuth2/OIDC).
- Build reusable Web Components for integration with multiple enterprise applications.
- Ensure compatibility across modern browsers and enterprise environments.

UI & Design Systems

- Develop applications using enterprise design systems, reusable components, and design tokens.
- Implement responsive layouts using SCSS, CSS Modules, and modern CSS practices.
- Collaborate with UX teams to translate design specifications into high-quality production interfaces.
- Support theming, localization, and accessibility throughout the application.

Performance & Quality

- Optimize application performance through efficient rendering, memoization, virtualization, and bundle optimization.
- Develop automated unit, component, and integration tests using Storybook, Vitest/Jest, Testing Library, and MSW.
- Maintain high code quality using ESLint, Prettier, Sonar Qube, and strict Type Script practices.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Dev Ops & Delivery

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions or equivalent platforms.
- Support application deployment, package publishing, and frontend release management.
- Maintain build tooling using Vite, npm/pnpm, and modern frontend development workflows.
- Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and improve end-to-end delivery.

Leadership

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on frontend architecture and engineering best practices.
- Promote coding standards, reusable design patterns, and high-quality software engineering practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making.
