DIRECT REPORTING: Assistant Manager - Manufacturing

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Assemble and disassemble control valves, actuators, on/off Valve & accessories according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.

/n

- Inspect valve components for wear, damage, or defects and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

/n

- Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing to verify valve integrity.

/n

- Calibrate and configure valve positioners and instrumentation (e.g., DVC, I/P converters).

/n

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and test results.

/n





- Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of valve handling and servicing.

/n

- Support field service operations including in office troubleshooting and emergency repairs.

/n

- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

/n

- Basic computer skills.

/n

- Ability to do work both day and night shift.

/n

/n

Qualification

/n

- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Valve assembly

/n

- Preferred: ITI & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

/n
