Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) - Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Finance modules . This role requires a balanced mix of hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) responsibilities and leadership , including team management, client engagement, and stakeholder management .

Role : D365 F&O; - Senior Technical Consultant

/n

Location: Noida -(Work from office/Hybrid)

/n

Immediate joiner are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Own solution architecture within D365 F&O; , with a strong focus on native integration capabilities and extensibility frameworks

/n

- Design and implement robust integrations using D365 F&O; services, OData, custom services, and Data Entities , enabling seamless connectivity with external systems

/n

- Lead development of inbound and outbound integrations , including file-based integrations (XML/CSV), batch jobs, and real-time service endpoints

/n

- Architect and optimize data movement and synchronization using Data Management Framework (DMF), BYOD, and Dual-write (where applicable)

/n

- Develop and maintain advanced X++ solutions , including custom services, classes, extensions, forms, and business logic , ensuring integration readiness

/n

- Define and enforce integration design standards , including data contracts, transformation logic, error handling, retry mechanisms, and logging within D365

/n

- Build and manage SSRS reports and reporting frameworks , leveraging BYOD and D365 data entities for scalable analytics solutions

/n

- Perform code reviews and technical validations ,



ensuring adherence to best practices in performance optimization, security, and maintainability

/n

- Lead release management within D365 lifecycle , including build, deployment, and validation of integration components and customizations

/n

- Mentor and guide the development team on D365 architecture, X++ best practices, and integration patterns specific to F&O;

/n

- Drive client interactions , requirement analysis, and solution walkthroughs with a strong emphasis on integration feasibility and scalability

/n

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient, scalable D365-centric solutions

/n

Required Skills & Experience

/n

/n

- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O; / CE)

/n

- Strong hands-on expertise in:

/n

- X++ Development

/n

- BYOD

/n

- SSRS Reporting

/n

- Experience in customizations, extensions, and integrations

/n

- Strong understanding of D365 Finance modules

/n

- Proven experience in a Technical lead role with IC responsibilities

/n

- Experience in team handling, client management, and stakeholder management

/n

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

/n

/n

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud integrations
