Process Assistant – Delhi, will be an active member of the operations team at the site. The Process Assistant will be responsible to manage shift-level execution and associate performance for the assigned site.

Key job responsibilities

1. Daily management of shift — start-of-shift readiness, live floor control and end-of-shift handover.
2. Administrative management of associates.
3. Job allocation to associates basis volume, skill matrix and process priority.
4. Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
5. Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues.
6. Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.
7. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.

Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis.- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience

- high school diploma or equivalent
- High school or equivalent
- Work a versatile schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required- 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
