Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver SAP Success Factors PMGM implementations from requirement gathering through go-live.
- Configure Performance Management and Goal Management modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure performance forms, sections, rating scales, competencies, goals, and related workflows.
- Configure and manage Goal Plan and Performance Form templates.
- Work with stakeholders to understand performance management processes and translate business requirements into Success Factors solutions.
- Support integration and data requirements related to PMGM and other Success Factors modules.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.




- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Collaborate with other Success Factors consultants across Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Succession, and other modules where required.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors PMGM.
- Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP Success Factors PMGM implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Performance Management and Goal Management.
- Valuable understanding of PMGM configuration and business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Success Factors ecosystem and integration touchpoints.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- SAP Success Factors PMGM certification.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
