Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system in use. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems.

Your role requires a thorough understanding of client concerns, enabling you to accurately identify issues and develop appropriate solutions that align with the system s capabilities and client needs. This position demands attentiveness, problem-solving, and a commitment to sustaining reliable application performance throughout daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application support and issue resolution.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base resources.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Experience with managing and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to application delivery and user access.
- Familiarity with network protocols and security principles relevant to virtual applications and desktops.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
