About the Company:
Dev Innovations Labs is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR & Partnerships Intern. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR, outreach, networking, and partnership building while working on real projects with our team.
Responsibilities:
- HR & Recruitment: Assist with candidate sourcing and screening, coordinate interviews and follow-ups, support onboarding and HR activities, and maintain candidate and HR databases.
- Partnerships & Outreach: Research potential company, college, and community partners, reach out to potential partners through LinkedIn, email, and calls, build and maintain professional relationships, and assist with partnership discussions, collaborations, and events.
Requirements:
- Students or freshers interested in HR, Recruitment, Partnerships, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outreach and networking.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership.
- Ready to learn and work in a fast-paced setting.
