This role involves identifying current business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients, and driving sales growth for the company’s wallcovering collections. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, develop and execute business development strategies, prepare and deliver client presentations, and negotiate contracts. The role also includes working closely with internal teams to ensure timely project execution,



maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts, and representing the brand at industry events and client meetings.QualificationsStrong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.Experience in the interior design, architectural, building materials, or related industries, with an understanding of design trends and project cycles.Proficiency in market research, sales planning, and pipeline management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with design and corporate stakeholders.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital communication platforms.Prior experience in a business development or key account management role is highly desirable.
