Important: Immediate joiners, or candidates with maximum 15 days' notice period will be preferred.Candidate who is already staying in Chennai, or Mumbai will only be considered, as there will be a face-to-face round of interview.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 application and production support for business-critical applications. Monitor applications and production environments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.Troubleshoot application-related issues and perform initial root-cause analysis. Handle incidents, service requests and production issues within defined SLAs. Monitor system/application performance and identify potential issues proactively.



Work with internal technical teams to resolve complex application and infrastructure-related issues.Perform basic troubleshooting on Linux/Unix environments.Execute and troubleshoot SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.Work with Oracle databases for basic database-related troubleshooting and support activities.Analyse application logs and identify errors/issues.Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the relevant technical teams.Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions and support activities.Participate in shift handovers and ensure proper communication of pending/critical issues.Follow defined IT support processes, escalation matrix and operational procedures.Required SkillsMandatory: Application Support / Production Support experienceLinuxSQLOracle DatabaseGood troubleshooting and analytical skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offsRequired Educational Qualification (Mandatory)BE/B.Tech – IT / Computer ScienceB.Sc. – IT BCAMCA Candidate should be only from Computer Science backgroundRequired Experience 2-4 years of relevant experience in Application Support / Production Support.
