FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE LUXURY MATTRESSES

Location: Pune

Reporting To: Regional Manager

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to join a globally renowned premium and ultra-luxury mattress brand.

WHAT YOULL DO

Scout and identify high-end bungalows, luxury residences, premium housing projects, hotels, and HNI customers.

Generate new leads through field visits, networking, market mapping, and referrals.

Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and HNI customers.

Meet prospective customers and introduce them to Sealys premium mattresses.

Follow up on leads and drive conversions to achieve sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and keep track of developments in the local market.

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

25 years of experience in field sales, preferably in luxury, interiors, furniture, building materials, or premium consumer products.





Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Energetic, well-presented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.

Solid sales orientation with a hunter mindset and a passion for meeting targets.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
