We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer with a strong background in Pega application development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on Pega experience , robust technical expertise, and a valid Pega CSSA (Certified Pega Senior System Architect) certification .

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Pega professional to work on enterprise-level applications and contribute to the design, development, implementation and enhancement of Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and implement enterprise-level applications using Pega Platform / PRPC .
- Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.
- Develop and configure Pega applications, including case management, workflows, data models, integrations and user interfaces.
- Participate in the complete SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform debugging and performance tuning.
- Follow Pega best practices, design principles and development standards.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and other technical teams.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality development standards.
- Support integration with external systems using APIs and other integration technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior Pega developers where required.

Requirements

- 6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Strong experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform .
- Pega CSSA (Certified Pega Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Pega application architecture, case management, workflows, rules and data modelling.
- Experience with Pega integrations, APIs and enterprise applications.
- Good understanding of performance tuning, debugging and Pega best practices.
- Experience working on enterprise-level Pega implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a technical team.
