Hiring: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Location: Delhi Experience: 5–8+ Years Employment Type: Full Time Company: Dynamics Monk Consulting Services Role Overview Dynamics Monk is looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to lead the design, development, customization, integration, and optimization of enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 CRM / CE and Power Platform solutions . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, plugins, JavaScript, integrations, and Azure , along with the ability to contribute to solution architecture, technical design, governance, and mentoring. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions. Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, business rules, Power Automate flows, custom actions, and Dataverse solutions . Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS . Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, business process flows, workflows, and security roles. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, ERP, and third-party applications . Work with REST APIs, OData, OAuth 2.0, Web APIs, and custom connectors . Develop scalable solutions using Dataverse and Power Platform . Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in technical design, code reviews, solution reviews, and architectural discussions.



Implement ALM and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub. Manage solution deployment across Development, Test/UAT, and Production environments . Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis. Optimize CRM performance, integrations, plugins, workflows, and automation. Follow Microsoft best practices for security, governance, scalability, and maintainability . Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance to the development team. Contribute to Copilot, AI, and Power Platform-enabled CRM solutions where applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development. Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) . Strong expertise in Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate . Hands-on experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins using C#/.NET . Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for CRM customizations. Experience with Dynamics 365 Web API, OData, REST APIs, and integrations . Strong understanding of CRM architecture, security roles, business units, teams, and solution management. Experience with Azure services , preferably Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Application Insights, or Azure API Management. Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub, source control, CI/CD,



and ALM . Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, authentication, authorization, and API security . Experience working with SQL and enterprise data integration . Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership. Preferred / Nice to Have Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents . Experience integrating Generative AI/Copilot capabilities with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform . Knowledge of Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry . Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and governance. Microsoft certifications such as: PL-400 – Power Platform Developer Associate PL-600 – Power Platform Solution Architect Expert MB-230 – Dynamics 365 Customer Service Experience working on large-scale enterprise CRM implementations. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience mentoring developers and leading technical design discussions.
