Lead the setup,commissioning, startup and ongoing management of EurofraganceIndia’s manufacturing facility. The role requires a hands-onbuilder with experience in fragrance, flavour, specialty chemicalor allied batch-processing environments involving blending systemsand stirred reactors. ?️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day ·Lead greenfield plant setup, installation, qualification andcommissioning activities. · Coordinate contractors, engineeringpartners, equipment suppliers and regulatory authorities. ·Commission blending vessels, batch reactors, storage systems,utilities and supporting infrastructure. · Develop SOPs,manufacturing processes, maintenance systems and operationalcontrols. · Build and lead production, warehouse, maintenance andsupport teams. · Ensure compliance with EHS, quality and regulatoryrequirements. · Drive productivity, cost optimization, operationalexcellence and continuous improvement. · Establish KPIs coveringsafety, quality, service, inventory and plant performance. ✅ Whatyou need to shine in this role · Bachelor’s degree in Chemical,Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related discipline.



·10–15+ years of manufacturing experience with exposure to plantcommissioning projects. · Proven track record in setting upfragrance, flavour, specialty chemical, personal care ingredient orallied batch manufacturing facilities. · Solid understanding ofblending operations, stirred reactors, utilities, process safetyand warehouse operations. · Experience recruiting and developingoperational teams.
