Associate Campaign Manager - Mumbai Blis is lookingfor an Associate Campaign Manager to be based in our Mumbai officeand support our UK office. You will be responsible for planning,executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns for our clients.Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring theirsuccessful implementation, monitoring performance, and makingdata-driven optimizations. The Associate Campaign Manager willcollaborate closely with internal teams and clients to delivereffective and impactful campaigns. Evening Shift : 2pm - 10 pm IST(Mon -Fri) Key responsibilities: Manage the delivery of RTBcampaigns using the Blis DSP. Ensure campaigns are set up and runas per relevant targeting laid out by the Sales person responsible.Monitoring campaign delivery, performance and margin to ensure alltargets are met. Provide Sales/Clients with optimisations andrecommendations by analysing across key variables. Carrying outpost-campaign analysis to provide insights to share withSales/Clients. Good organisational skills are required to be ableto run multiple campaigns at one time,and to ensure campaignfinances are managed correctly. At month end you will beresponsible for the reconciliation of billing figures from theplatform and populating templates ready for invoicing. · Workclosely with the Engineering team to troubleshoot any technicalissues for a campaign. · Analyse data from the campaigns to drawout conclusions to present back to the Sales team and clients. ·Troubleshoot issues; take accountability and ensure relevantpersonnel are involved when an issue occurs. · Be a mentor to morejunior members of the team. Skills and requirements · 1-3 yearsindustry experience, preferably with programmatic and/or mobileexperience. · Excellent communication skills. · Works well bothwithin a team and individually. · Organisational and timemanagement skills to juggle multiple tasks. · Ability to problemsolve and analyse data sets. · Competent with Excel.
