We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer tojoin our QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the qualityand stability of web/mobile applications through manual testing.Your role will be critical in maintaining high software qualitystandards and providing reliable solutions that meet user andbusiness requirements. You’ll work closely with developers, productmanagers, and other QA engineers to validate functionality and userexperience. Analyze product requirements and createcomprehensive, well-structured test cases. Perform functional,regression, ad-hoc, and sanity testing of web/mobile applications.Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing as needed. Identify,record, and track bugs using tools like Jira. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timelyresolution. Perform root cause analysis of critical issues andrecommend process improvement. Delivered training or demo to otherQA engineers and business stakeholders when needed. Participate indaily stand-ups,



sprint planning, and retrospective. Maintain opencommunication channels with cross-functional teams for seamlessproject execution. Assist in continuously improving QA processes,tools and best practices to enhance software testing efficiency andeffectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology or related field. 4+ years ofexperience as quality assurance engineer. Relevant certificate insoftware testing or quality assurance (ISTQB, CSTE, or similar).Skills Experience testing web and mobile applications(iOS/Android). Experience in the e-commerce industry is advanced.Familiar with Agile/scrum methodology. Proven experience insoftware testing - test planning, execution and reporting. Stronghands-on experience with functional and UI testing. Stronganalytical thinking and problem solving skills. Excellentcommunication skills. Ability to work independently and as a partof a cooperative team High level of ownership, accountability andinitiative.
