You will partner closely with recruiters and hiringmanagers to build solid talent pipelines and contribute to hiringsuccess in a fast-paced, international tech environment. This roleis ideal for someone with initial recruiting or sourcing experiencewho is looking to further develop their expertise in technicaltalent acquisition. Drive sourcing activities for technical roles(e.g. Software Engineering, Data, AI) across the globe Proactivelyidentify and engage passive candidates through channels such asLinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities Build and maintainhigh-quality talent pipelines aligned with current and futurehiring needs Conduct initial outreach, screening,
