The EA will act asthe right hand to the MD, ensuring smooth coordination ofschedules, meetings, communications and administrative functions.Key Responsibilities Provide high‑level administrative support tothe Managing Director Manage calendars, schedule meetings andcoordinate travel arrangements Draft, review and managecorrespondence,



reports and presentations Liaise with internaldepartments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD Ensuretimely follow‑up on tasks, projects and communications Maintainconfidentiality of sensitive information and documents Supportoffice administration functions as required Prepare minutes ofmeetings and track action items for completion Assist in strategicinitiatives by coordinating with the leadership team RequirementsAny Graduate Female / Male with strong administrative andorganizational skills Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience as anExecutive Assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in MS‑Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal) Strong time management,multitasking and problem‑solving abilities Ability to workindependently and handle confidential information with discretionPreference for candidates with prior exposure to corporateenvironments
