Keyresponsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Biotageinstruments and systems. Deliver user training and performpreventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Provideprompt and effective technical support to maximize customersatisfaction. Take proactive ownership of service activities andresolve customer issues effectively. Support the expansion ofservice contract coverage by promoting value-added services.Represent Biotage professionally promoting our products andinstruments. Collaborate with regional teams to support serviceexcellence.



What we are looking for Diploma or BTech inElectronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering.Experienced within the service industry. Adaptable to newtechnologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
