Role Overview The role is responsible for leading theorganizations financial strategy, ensuring solid financialgovernance, and supporting business growth through effectiveplanning, analysis, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Leadand oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, andlong-term financial strategy. Ensure accurate, timely financialreporting in compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internalrequirements. Manage cash flow, treasury functions, investments,and financial risk to maintain financial stability. Develop andmonitor financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguardcompany assets. Provide strategic financial insights, analysis, andrecommendations to senior management to support business growth anddecision-making. Oversee audits, tax matters, and liaison withexternal auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Lead,



mentor,and develop the finance team to ensure high performance andaccountability. Support business expansion initiatives, costoptimization, and profitability improvement. Requirements Bachelorsdegree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Masters degreepreferred). ACCA qualified; CPA / CA qualification is a strongadvantage. 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, withat least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge offinancial regulations, accounting standards, budgeting,forecasting, and reporting. Proven experience in strategicplanning, financial analysis, and risk management. Excellentleadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financialdata into business insights.
