About theRole We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer who enjoysdelivering high-quality IT services and creating an outstandingdigital workplace experience. You will play a key role insupporting our expanding operations in India by providing reliableonsite IT support while collaborating with global teams to ensuresecure, stable, and efficient workplace services. You combinestrong technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, takeownership of operational excellence, and continuously look for waysto improve processes and the employee experience. Here's whatyou'll focus on: Deliver high-quality onsite IT support forworkplace technologies and end-user services. Manage employeeon-boarding and off-boarding activities, ensuring a seamless userexperience. Administer IT assets throughout their life-cycle,including deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Supportconference room technologies, office IT infrastructure, andworkplace services. Manage key card administration and other localworkplace IT operations. Collaborate with global Digital Workplaceteams, Infrastructure, Security, HR, and external suppliers. Ensurecompliance with global Digital Workplace standards, securitypolicies, and operational processes. Troubleshoot and resolvehardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365-related issues.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhanceservice quality, operational efficiency,



and employee productivity.Build strong relationships with local and internationalstakeholders while supporting a growing global organization. Additional Required Competencies 2–5 years ofprofessional experience in IT Operations, End User Computing, orDigital Workplace support.



Experience providing onsite end-user ITsupport in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of Windows 11administration and troubleshooting. Experience administeringMicrosoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and MicrosoftTeams. Experience managing hardware deployment, asset life-cyclemanagement, on-boarding, and off-boarding. Knowledge of IT ServiceManagement practices and ITSM tools such as Jira ServiceManagement, ServiceNow, or similar. Basic networking knowledge andtroubleshooting skills. Experience working within internationalorganizations and collaborating with distributed teams. Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relatedfield (or equivalent qualified experience). Business-proficientEnglish, both spoken and written. Beneficial CompetenciesExperience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms or AV solutions.Microsoft Defender administration. PowerShell scripting andautomation. Apple macOS and iOS support. Device compliance andendpoint security. Experience as an Application Owner or ServiceOwner. Experience administering enterprise platforms such as Jira,Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Azure, HubSpot, Miro, or MicrosoftEntra ID Governance. ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications(Microsoft 365, Endpoint Administrator, Modern DesktopAdministrator, or equivalent). Experience participating in officeexpansion or IT infrastructure projects. Experience collaboratingwith global teams and external suppliers.
