Job Summary We are seeking a highlyskilled Senior Performance Test Engineer with at least 5 years ofhands-on experience in designing performance testing frameworks anddeveloping test scripts using Selenium and LoadRunner. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in performance and stresstesting for complex web applications, particularly those involvingdynamic elements, multi-window interactions, and enterpriseworkflows. Experience with IBM MREF (formerly known as IBM TRIRIGA,an Integrated Workplace Management System), Maximo ApplicationSuite (MAS), or similar enterprise systems is advantageous but notmandatory. This role involves building robust,



scalable performancetesting solutions to ensure the efficiency, scalability, andreliability of our applications under various load conditions. KeyResponsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain performancetesting frameworks from scratch or enhance existing ones usingJMeter, ensuring reusability, scalability, and maintainability forload, stress, endurance, and spike testing. · Create performancetest scripts for web-based applications, focusing on scenariosinvolving object selections, lookups, drill-downs, and child recordviews that often open new windows or pop-ups, simulating concurrentusers and measuring metrics like response times, throughput, andresource utilization. · Collaborate with development, QA, andproduct teams to identify performance requirements, integrate testsinto CI/CD pipelines, and analyze test results to identifybottlenecks and optimization opportunities. · Implement bestpractices for test data management, correlation of dynamic values,parameterization, error handling, reporting, and logging to supportefficient debugging and execution. · Mentor junior engineers,conduct script reviews, and contribute to process improvements inthe performance testing strategy.



· Stay updated with industrytrends in performance tools and technologies to recommendenhancements. Required Qualifications and Skills · Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield. · Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing, withproven expertise in Selenium and LoadRunner. · Solid programmingskills in Java. · Solid understanding of performance metrics (e.g.,latency, throughput, error rates), monitoring tools (e.g., PerfMon,Grafana), and profiling techniques for Java-based applications(e.g., JVM tuning, heap analysis). · Solid understanding to otherperformance tools such as LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad forcomparative or hybrid testing. · Familiarity with CI/CD tools suchas Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, and version control systemslike Git. · Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defecttracking tools (e.g., JIRA). · Excellent problem-solving skills,attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in ateam. Preferred Qualifications · Experience performance testingenterprise applications like IBM MREF (formerly TRIRIGA), MAS, orsimilar IWMS/asset management systems. · Understanding of APIperformance testing (e.g., using JMeter's HTTP samplers orRestAssured) to complement UI-based load testing. · Certificationsin performance testing (e.g., ISTQB Performance Testing Specialist)or JMeter-specific training. · Prior experience in domains likefacilities management, real estate, or asset management software,with knowledge of monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, orNew Relic for end-to-end analysis.
