This is a hands-on,project-based role for someone who knows Karbon inside and out andcan work directly with accountants and business leaders to improvehow the platform is configured and used across the firm. Thesuccessful candidate will lead data migration, workflow redesign,automation and training initiatives, acting as the firm's go-toKarbon expert throughout the engagement. The role begins as anintensive 2-month full-time contract , with the opportunity totransition into flexible, ad-hoc project management hours as neededthereafter. Mandatory Requirements 3+ years' advanced, hands-onexperience using Karbon. 2+ years' experience implementing,configuring or optimising Karbon within an accounting firm. Strongunderstanding of accounting practice workflows. Experience withworkflow design, automation, templates and data migration withinKarbon.



Ability to train users and explain Karbon functionality insimple, practical terms. Strong project management and stakeholdercommunication skills. Ability to work independently and take fullownership of the project. Available to commence immediately.Responsibilities Lead and support data migration and systemconfiguration within Karbon. Review and improve existing accountingworkflows and work templates. Configure workflow automation,recurring work, tasks and client processes. Help customise Karbonaround the firm's specific accounting processes. Improve how teamsuse client management, email, jobs, tasks and workflow automation.Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improveproductivity. Troubleshoot Karbon configuration and user issues.Train accountants and support staff on best-practice use of Karbon.Act as the firm's Karbon SME, answering questions and providingpractical recommendations.
