We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with robust expertise in Linux/Unix environments, Java-based applications, and Production Support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in application troubleshooting, incident management, deployment support, and monitoring within BFSI/Capital Markets environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 application support for Java-based applications running on Linux/Unix platforms.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely incident resolution.
- Support application deployments, migrations, and release activities.
- Monitor application health using monitoring tools and perform root cause analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure application availability and performance.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
