Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source construction materials from vendors, negotiate prices, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 4-7 years of experience in procurement or a related field within the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust understanding of construction material markets, including commodity prices, supplier capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent price negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with vendors.
- Proven track record in developing effective sourcing strategies that drive cost savings without compromising quality.
