- Create 3D part models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using PTC Creo.
- Develop and modify mechanical components based on customer and engineering requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings with GD&T; and tolerance specifications.
- Perform assembly modeling, interference checks, and fitment analysis.
- Support recent product development (NPD) and engineering change activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and testing.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
- Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Review designs for manufacturability, cost optimization, and quality.
- Manage CAD data, revisions, and documentation through PLM/PDM systems.
- Support prototype builds and resolve design-related issues.
