Position: Manager Human Capital (Regional Head HRBP)
Location: Chennai
This is a strategic HR leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end Human Capital functions, including:
- HR Business Partnering
- Talent Acquisition
- HR Operations
- Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- HR Analytics and Workforce Planning
- Team Leadership
What we're looking for:
- 10 - 14 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong exposure to HRBP, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, and Employee Relations
- Positive knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Prior experience in Healthcare, RCM, BPO/KPO, Shared Services, or similar service-driven organizations is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
