Technical Skills & Experience:
Platform Depth: Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture and design.
Development Expertise: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and UI Pages.
Frameworks: Deep understanding of ITIL processes, HR, Custom App, Integrations and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
Architecture Patterns: Strong knowledge of Scoped Applications versus Global Scope to maintain platform security and upgradeability.
- Lead a large team of developers oversee daily operations
- Experience with complex integrations and environments
- Complete Code Reviews for the team
- Strong technical knowledge
- Complete technical design on large innovate projects
- Valuable communication skills and can be customer facing
Certifications Required:
Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (at least 23 mainline certifications such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM or HRSD).
