We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Vault Developer with strong expertise in Snowflake and Data Vault 2.0 to design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, DBT, ETL/ELT, Data Vault modeling, and cloud platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for building data pipelines, developing Data Vault models, optimizing Snowflake environments, supporting data migration initiatives, and ensuring data quality, governance, and security across the data ecosystem.

Future Duties and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, DBT, and cloud services.
- Develop and maintain Data Vault 2.0 models using Hubs, Links, and Satellites.
- Design data warehouse schemas and perform Snowflake performance tuning and optimization.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for structured and semi-structured data.
- Support legacy data warehouse migration to Snowflake using Data Vault methodology.
- Automate data workflows using Snowflake Tasks, Streams, and Stored Procedures.
- Develop SQL-based transformations and data processing solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing data pipelines and workflows for reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across the data platform.
- Participate in data migration, validation, testing, and deployment activities.




- Stay updated with new Snowflake features, Data Vault practices, and cloud data engineering technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data architecture and engineering processes.

Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.
- Robust expertise in Data Vault 2.0, including Hubs, Links, and Satellites.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with DBT and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Talend, Matillion, or Fivetran.
- Experience developing and optimizing Snowflake data pipelines and data models.
- Hands-on experience with Data Vault-based data warehouse implementations.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with data migration projects to Snowflake.
- Knowledge of Python, Scala, or Java for scripting and automation.
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to Spark, Hadoop, or other Big Data technologies.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment practices.
- Experience working in large-scale cloud data warehouse migration projects.
