- Selection of STD Electrical items
- Knowledge on electricals like, servo motors, sensors, cameras etc., as per the requirements
- Should have experience in Machine validation and commissioning.
- Should have a knowledge of Process capability study, MSA, PPAP and 3rd party devices validation.
- Should have a knowledge of Safety procedures, CE audits, Safety PLC etc.
- Troubleshooting of the 3rd party devices.
- Preparation of Manuals for the SPMs.
Your Profile
- 4-6 Years of Experience in Electrical items selection for Assembly stations and SPMs
- 4-6 Years of Experience in Electrical panel preparation and circuit design for SPM Assembly stations
- 3-5 Years of Experience in PLC programming (OMRON, Mitsubishi, Siemens, AB).
- A min. of 1 years experience in E-plan software.
- Experience in handling projects from BOM preparation to delivery and commissioning.
