Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer - Python DevOps Developer with strong expertise in software development, DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python development, CI/CD implementation, OpenStack, VMware environments, and automation frameworks. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and emerging Agentic AI technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions using Python.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Develop infrastructure automation and orchestration solutions across cloud and virtualized environments.
- Work with OpenStack and VMware platforms for provisioning, administration, and optimization of infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application reliability, scalability, and security.
- Automate operational tasks using Python, PowerShell, and DevOps tools.
- Support infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting,



and performance optimization activities.
- Implement development best practices, coding standards, and DevOps methodologies.
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Explore and integrate Agentic AI capabilities for automation and operational efficiency where applicable.

Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Good knowledge of DevOps methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with OpenStack technologies.
- Hands-on experience with VMware infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Understanding of infrastructure management, system administration, and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven automation.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code IaC tools.
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
