Role & responsibilities

- Meet with prospective customers and explain about companys real estate projects.
- Undertake field marketing, b2b marketing, b2c marketing & canopy marketing.
- Make calls to prospective customers & explain about company's product offerings.
- Generate leads & appointments on daily basis from given database.
- Coordinate with marketing & sales team and report on daily basis.
- Calling corporate clients and undertake rigorous follow-ups.
- Providing property information to prospective clients over call, message, WhatsApp, email, social media etc.
- Lead generation and data collection through online and social media platforms.
- Undertake site visits with interested customers and give project tours
