- Responsible for overall purchase function covering Raw Materials, Consumables & Capital Purchase
- Import Purchases and coordination with CHA.
- Work with technical team for development of new components and systems
- Establish a secure supplier base that will allow for consistent availability of all required consumables, Spare parts
- Achieve cost reduction targets through negotiations, alternate sourcing and vendor development
- Processing of purchase Indents & making bid comparison statements
- Work with SAP for all purchase-related activities and reporting.
- Tracking Orders and availability and information to internal Sales/SCM
- Maintaining all records related to Purchase and ensuring compliance

Preferred candidate profile
- Effective verbal/written communication
- Ability to work and handle purchase department and team independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Education - Graduate or Masters from any discipline, material management diploma would be an additional advantage.
- Experience 10 to 15 Years relevant experience is must.
