1. Ensure all client leads after placing orders are addressed and fulfilled.

2. Maintain client satisfaction through effective after-sales service.

3.Regularly Collect genuine feedback from clients

4.Coordinate service from order receipt to payment collection.

5.Address client queries

6.Assist clients with information about products or services

7.Follow up for payment

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Customer Relationship Management

Language : English (Preferred)
