- Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and deposit targets.

- Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, insurance, debit/credit cards, loans, and digital banking services.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships for retention and referrals.
- Ensure proper completion of account opening forms and KYC documentation.
- Promote and activate mobile banking, internet banking, and other digital channels.
- Conduct market mapping and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow bank policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Submit sales reports and maintain lead conversion records
