We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager with 5-10 years of experience in Solar Ground Mounted projects to join our team in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in site execution, project management, testing, commissioning, reporting, and quality.

Roles and Responsibility

- Oversee the construction process to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

- Manage site operations, including planning, coordination, and supervision of staff and contractors.

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for solar ground mounted projects.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in construction management,



preferably in solar ground mounted projects.

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and quality control procedures.

- Experience in managing and supervising a team of professionals and contractors.
