About the job

1. Customer Query Management
Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and DMs across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp for both Fockse and Toynama
Handle pre-sales questions (product info, pricing, availability, sizing/specs)
Manage post-sales queries order status, delivery issues, returns, exchanges, and complaints
Maintain a consistent response-time SLA (e.g., under 2 hours during business hours) [TBC]
Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the relevant internal team
2. Influencer Coordination
Identify and shortlist relevant influencers/content creators for both brands
Manage outreach, negotiation of rates and deliverables, and briefing
Track collaboration timelines, content approvals, and posting schedules
Monitor and report on collab performance (reach, engagement, coupon-code/affiliate-link driven sales)
Maintain a running tracker of active, upcoming, and past collaborations
3. Sales Support
Convert inbound social/WhatsApp queries into confirmed sales
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products where appropriate
Follow up on abandoned inquiries, carts, or unconfirmed orders
Coordinate with logistics/fulfillment on order issues affecting customers
Maintain a simple CRM/tracker (Google Sheets or similar) of leads, conversations, and conversions

MS-Excel Social Media Marketing

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Comfortable navigating Instagram/Facebook (Meta Business Suite) and WhatsApp Business

Working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel

Prior experience coordinating influencer collaborations is a solid plus

Self-starter with good judgment, comfortable managing multiple conversations at once

Sales mindset — genuinely enjoys converting a conversation into a sale
