Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage content for various social media platforms.
- Develop engaging social media posts, reels, captions, creatives, and videos.
- Design creatives using tools like Canva.
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities.
- Contribute to content creation for blogs, articles, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update content calendars, campaign trackers, and marketing reports.
- Identify and generate potential student leads through networking, college communities, and social media.
- Promote the organisation’s training, internship, and skill-development programmes.
- Represent Mastermind Research Technologies within your college and local community.
- Engage with social media audiences and support community-building activities.




- Collect feedback from students and potential customers to provide insights for campaign improvement.

Requirements

- Interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and digital trends.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Creative mindset for developing fresh content ideas.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, online advertising, lead generation, and sales.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Canva, and Google marketing tools is a plus.
- Good research, analytical, and market-understanding skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong networking and community-engagement skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and integrate AI tools for marketing productivity.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Engineering, BCA, MCA, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience with social media pages, college marketing activities, personal projects, internships, lead generation, or sales is an advantage.
