About the job

We are looking for a smart, polite, and responsible candidate for the Front Office Department of our child hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling patient registration and appointments
2. Managing front desk operations and enquiries
3. Attending calls and coordinating with departments
4. Guiding parents and attendants politely
5. Maintaining patient records and billing coordination
6. Ensuring smooth patient flow and communication
