MASTERMIND RESEARCH TECHNOLOGIES is seeking motivated students and freshers to join its HR & Recruitment. This remote role offers hands-on exposure to various aspects of recruitment, HR operations, candidate engagement, client outreach, and institutional partnerships within a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various job portals and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Coordinate HR interviews, manage follow-ups, facilitate selection processes, and assist with candidate onboarding.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, comprehensive candidate databases, and essential HR records.
- Provide support for employee engagement initiatives and general HR operations.
- Gain an understanding of client hiring requirements and effectively match them with suitable candidate profiles.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients, companies, colleges, and educational institutions via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- Assist in the organization and execution of placement drives, strategic partnerships, collaborations,



and related events.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

- Open to students and freshers with a keen interest in HR, Recruitment, Partnerships, or Business Development.
- An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is considered an advantage, though not strictly mandatory.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective professional interaction.
- Comfortable with outreach activities, networking, and maintaining professional communication.
- Must be proactive, highly organized, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Prior HR experience is beneficial but not a prerequisite for this role.
- This is a Work From Home position with an immediate start preferred.
