About the job

Key responsibilities:

Book keeping - Passing all journal entries with proper paper and audit trail (Purchase/Sale/Expenses) with proper narration and references. Filling all paper trail documentations or calling for all documents to keep proper Record.

Taxation - TDS/GST and income tax database creation, preparing records, filling returns and attending CA queries.

Compliance - PF/ESIC/Skilled Tax preparing returns, making payment and controlling documentary proofs.

Cost Control - Ensuring all cost centers are updated and correctly prepared

Document Control - Properly managing and filling all hard copy documentations, chronologically and correctly.

Learning applications - Tally ERP, Zoho Books & other Zoho apps, Winman and other taxation related softwares.

Summary - Data entry - Sales/Purchase/Bank Reco/Expense tracking/Filling, attendance & employee performance monitoring, database & documents management are basic task.
