We’re Hiring: Senior Media Buyer – Fashion BrandsRemoteCompany: ReerocketExperience: 1.5+ years preferredCategory experience: Fashion and D2C brandsCompensation Structure: Up to 6.5 LPAReerocket is looking for a Senior Media Buyer who knows that managing ads involves much more than launching campaigns, checking ROAS, and staring angrily at Ads Manager until the numbers improve.You’ll take ownership of performance marketing for some of our fashion brands, communicate directly with clients, lead campaign strategy, and help junior team members become better marketers.What You’ll Be DoingCampaign Planning and ExecutionPlan, launch, manage, and scale Meta advertising campaigns for fashion and D2C brands.Strategy and Problem-SolvingAnalyse account performance, identify opportunities, develop testing plans, and decide what needs to happen next.Client CommunicationSpeak directly with clients, explain performance clearly, set expectations, and keep everyone aligned on strategy.Handle the Occasional FireEvery advertising account eventually decides to become dramatic. When performance drops, tracking breaks, or something unexpected happens, you’ll diagnose the problem, communicate the situation, and lead the solution.Train Junior Media BuyersGuide junior media buyers and interns, review their work, help them understand the reasoning behind decisions, and ensure campaigns are executed properly.Work Closely With the Creative TeamTurn performance data into actionable creative insights, suggest new angles and concepts, and help the team produce ads that people might actually stop scrolling for.Reporting and Performance ReviewsTrack important metrics, prepare clear performance updates, and translate complicated advertising data into decisions clients can understand.You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You✅ Have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for fashion, e-commerce,
