SPDesign Studio values technical precision, design quality, and timely delivery, offering opportunities for professionals to grow their skills in a structured and supportive environment.Role Description This is a full-time, in office BIM Modeler role based in Ghaziabad. The BIM Modeler will create, develop, and manage BIM models for architectural and Interior components across different project stages. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating construction drawings, coordinating model data with designers, and ensuring models comply with project standards and specifications. The BIM Modeler will collaborate with project teams, participate in review meetings,



and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes within the studio.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience creating and managing detailed models.Understanding of Architecture and Interior design principles, with the ability to translate drawings and concepts into accurate BIM models.Experience as a Modeler for Interior fitouts, including coordination of services within architectural and structural frameworks.Ability to produce and interpret Construction Drawings, ensuring alignment between drawings, models, and site requirements.Relevant diploma or degree in architecture,interio or a related field.Familiarity with common BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit & AutoCAD) and basic clash detection tools.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within project deadlines.Good communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.Prior experience in BIM modeling for commercial, residential, or hospitality projects is an advantage.
