ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced Billing Developers with robust expertise in Telecom Billing Systems. The role involves developing and supporting billing solutions covering rating, charging, invoicing, mediation, payments, and reconciliation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop & customize telecom billing solutions
• Implement rating logic, tariff & discounting models
• Work on billing, invoice generation & mediation processing
• Handle payments, reconciliation & billing lifecycle processes
• Troubleshoot billing issues,



revenue leakage & performance bottlenecks
• Integrate billing platforms with CRM, OCS, ERP & other systems
• Participate in SIT, UAT & production deployments
• Ensure billing data accuracy and consistency

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 6–8 years of Telecom Billing experience
• Strong knowledge of Rating, Charging & Billing Cycles
• Subscription Management, CDR & Mediation Systems
• Payments, Accounts Receivable & GL
• SQL / PL-SQL, Unix/Linux
• Java / Spring Boot
• Shell/Python scripting
• REST APIs & system integrations

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
