- Manage, co-ordinate and oversee day-to-day Discovery operations - for On-premises and Cloud infrastructure
- Configure and support Service Now Discovery, onboarding recent network segments and ensuring accurate device identification and CMDB population.
- Troubleshoot Discovery issues, including failed scans, credential problems, MID Server issues, and connectivity challenges.
