We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Relationship Managers (RM) in various capacities, including Elite RM, RM Branch, RM - Current Account, and Field Sales in casa product . The ideal candidates will possess a strong sales acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote banking products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends.
- Provide clients with personalized financial advice based on their needs and goals.
- Assist clients in completing account openings and other banking transactions.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
