ROLE: TECHNICAL LEAD – ENGINEERING

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead a team of 4–8 engineers and drive the design, development and delivery of scalable enterprise applications in an Agile environment.

MANDATORY SKILLS

• Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Angular, Groovy, Grails
• Kafka, Redis, Hazelcast
• MySQL, Oracle
• AWS, Git, Jenkins, Nginx
• Jira, Confluence
• Microservices Architecture
• Agile/Scrum
• AI-Assisted Development Tools – Git Hub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, Claude Code or equivalent
• Robust debugging, problem-solving & troubleshooting skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





• Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 engineers.
• Own technical design, development, quality and timely delivery.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance Microservices applications.
• Conduct design and code reviews and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA and Project Managers.
• Plan and monitor sprint activities and product releases.
• Establish coding, testing, documentation and engineering best practices.
• Drive responsible adoption of AI tools for coding, testing, code review and documentation.
• Mentor team members and participate in hiring, appraisals and career development.
• Identify and implement improvements across people, process, technology and quality.

QUALIFICATION

BE/B. Tech/MCA with a good academic record and 6+ years of relevant full-stack Java development experience.

Additional Advantage: Team Lead / Product Owner experience.
